Tibetan government officials Rinchen Sadutshang, Tsipon Wangchuk Deden and Gyalo Thondup, the Dalai Lama‘s older brother in front of the United Nations in September 1959. The delegation made three such trips to the UN, in 1959, 1960, and 1961, to seek support for Tibet.
